1. About the site

VanguardDeeDeeAtlas is an unofficial, non-profit fan project for Cardfight!! Vanguard. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Bushiroad. Card images, names and text belong to Bushiroad and are shown under its fan guidelines; collaboration logos and titles belong to their owners. The site is free to use.

2. Your account

• One person per account; the information you give must be true, and the email must be yours.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account; tell us through the feedback page if you think someone else has used it.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account.

3. Your content

Deck lists, names, notes, comments, profile text, links and pictures you post stay yours. You allow the site to store and show them to the people you chose (everyone, for public decks, profiles and comments) for as long as they are on the site. You may remove them at any time.

Do not post content that:

• insults, harasses, threatens or discriminates against anyone;
• is sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise inappropriate for players of all ages;
• is spam, advertising, or tries to trick people (for example fake links);
• shares someone else’s personal information without permission;
• breaks copyright or other rights, or any Thai law.

4. Reports and moderation

Anyone signed in can report a deck, a comment or a player. Moderators review reports and may, depending on how serious and repeated the problem is:

• hide a comment, or remove content;
• make a public deck private;
• suspend an account: it is signed out everywhere, cannot sign in, and its profile, public decks and comments are hidden until the suspension is lifted.

Filing false or abusive reports is itself a breach of these terms. If you think a decision was wrong, write through the feedback page.

5. Fair use

To keep the site working for everyone:

• Do not scrape the site, send automated requests, or try to get around rate limits, security checks or access controls.
• Do not try to break into accounts, read private decks, or attack the site. Security problems are welcome through the feedback page (see the security page).
• Limits apply, for example on sign-in attempts, comments, reports, saves, and up to 300 decks per account.

6. Card data and rule checks

Card data, translations and the deck check are provided as they are and can contain mistakes or be out of date. The official card list and fighter’s rules always win, including at tournaments. The banlist history is compiled from the official notices and may be incomplete before January 2023.

7. Availability and liability

The site is run by one person without payment. It may change, be offline, or lose data, and features may be added or removed. Keep a copy of decks that matter to you (Export on the deck page, or Download my data).

To the extent the law allows, the site and its developer are not liable for any loss arising from using it or being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Thai consumer or data protection law.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the site and delete your account at any time. Accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms can be suspended or closed.

9. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. They may change as the site grows; the date at the top shows the current version, and important changes are announced on the site. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
